Product Description

This battened aluminium sliding gate is designed to last in Australian conditions. It’s lightweight enough for easy installation and strong enough to handle daily use at a property entry. Powder-coated Natural White, the finish is UV-resistant and maintenance-free. No rusting or rotting. 

Fabricated at the Top Screens workshop in Virginia, North Brisbane. Fully welded and installation-ready. A welded-in guide rail means it's ready to pair with standard sliding gate hardware kits. It is compatible with most sliding gate automation systems. 

Available in four heights to match the existing or proposed fence line. For a different width, colour, or custom size, get in touch for a quote.

Installation Notes

This gate is recommended for experienced fencing professionals. DIY installers need to have adequate knowledge or experience. Please engage a fencing contractor or gate installation expert if you are new to sliding gate installation. 

A sliding gate hardware kit will be needed for successful installation. These are available separately from Top Screens. Ensure all measurements are correct before ordering as we offer no returns once fabrication has started. 

FAQ

Can this gate be automated?

Yes. The gate is motor-ready and compatible with most sliding gate automation systems. You'll need to purchase a motor separately — check with your preferred automation supplier to confirm compatibility with your chosen unit.

What hardware do I need to install this gate?

A sliding block hardware kit is required. This has the C-channel, sliding block, custom F-catcher, stopper, wheels and track required for gate operation. Hardware kits are available separately from Top Screens. 

What post size is recommended?

A minimum 100×100mm post is commonly used for standard installations. However, final post size, footing and fixing requirements should be confirmed by your installer or fencing contractor based on your site conditions and local requirements. (These can vary depending on gate size and weight, wind exposure, automation, soil conditions and site layout.)

Is this gate available in other colours?

This listing is for Natural White. We also fabricate in a range of powder coat colours including Surfmist, Woodland Grey, Monument, Black and more. Contact us or get a custom quote for other colour options.
