Top Screens is a fabrication only business. We don’t provide a measuring or an installation service. 

Every aluminium product we fabricate is built to the measurements you provide. We don't check or verify measurements before we start work. What you send is what we build, so its important your measurements are accurate. 

Once you confirm your order and fabrication begins, the product is made to your exact specifications. If the measurements incorrect, there are no refunds or remakes. 

Please ensure you submit the correct measurements to us with your quote request.

Built for Professional Installers and Handymen

We make products designed for installation by professional fence and gate installers, or handymen who know exactly what they are doing. Experienced DIYers will likely be okay, but if you’ve never installed a sliding gate or fence panels, we recommend you enlist a professional to help install our products. 

We don’t assist withy installation or provide any hands on support. Once the gate or fence panel is on site, it’s your responsibility to install.

Our comprehensive online quote form is where you can input the product you’re after and its exact measurements. You can upload an image or a sketch too, and decie if you want it to be powder coated and in what colour. 

Once submitted, we'll come back to you with pricing and confirm the details of what you're ordering before anything is locked in.

Use Our Gate Frame Builder App

If it’s a sliding gate frame you’re after, you can use our gate builder app. You can input each measurement, decide your frame style, choose whether you want a brace or tail, add any hardware extras or decide on powder coating. 

The gate frame can then be added to your cart for an easy online purchase, or you can receive it as a quote to your inbox.

There are set sizes of aluminium sliding gates, sliding gate frames and hardware and accessories available for purchase. Please take note of lead times and ensure the measurements of the product are exactly what you’re looking for.

Confirming Your Order

Orders are confirmed with a 50% deposit. This locks in your specifications and puts your job into the fabrication queue. The remaining 50% is due before collection or delivery.

Fabrication

We make all of our products to order and don’t hold stock. Nothing sits on a shelf waiting for you - once fabrication is complete, your order is ready. Lead time is normally 3 to 4 weeks from order confirmation. This can vary depending on order volume. Please factor our lead time into your project timeline before committing to an install date with your client.

Pickup or Delivery

We'll notify you by email or phone call as soon as your order is ready. Pickup is available any time within our opening hours, 8am to 4:30pm, Monday to Friday, from our Virginia workshop. Local delivery to inner city Brisbane suburbs is available for some orders. This needs to be arranged directly with our team.
