REFUNDS / RETURNS:
All products are custom made to order and are non-returnable and non-refundable once fabrication has commenced.
INSTALLATION & RESPONSIBILITY:
Top Screens Pty Ltd is a fabrication and supply-only service and does not provide installation or engineering certification. It is the responsibility of the Client and/or installer to ensure the product specifications, dimensions, tolerances, and structural suitability are appropriate for the intended application.
SITE MEASUREMENTS:
All dimensions, site measurements, and clearances are the responsibility of the Client and/or installer. Top Screens Pty Ltd accepts no responsibility for incorrect measurements or resulting fitment issues.
FABRICATION TOLERANCES:
All products are subject to standard fabrication tolerances. Minor variations in dimensions, alignment, flatness, and finish are inherent in the fabrication process and are considered acceptable.
FINISH:
Powder coating and aluminium finishes may exhibit minor visual variations in colour, texture, gloss, and weld appearance. These are not considered defects.
CLIENT APPROVAL:
Approval of drawings confirms all dimensions, specifications, and details have been reviewed and accepted by the Client. Fabrication will proceed strictly in accordance with the approved drawings, and any subsequent changes will incur additional charges.
TRANSFER OF RESPONSIBILITY:
Responsibility transfers to the Client upon collection or delivery.
