INSTALLATION & RESPONSIBILITY:

Top Screens Pty Ltd is a fabrication and supply-only service and does not provide installation or engineering certification. It is the responsibility of the Client and/or installer to ensure the product specifications, dimensions, tolerances, and structural suitability are appropriate for the intended application. 

SITE MEASUREMENTS: 

All dimensions, site measurements, and clearances are the responsibility of the Client and/or installer. Top Screens Pty Ltd accepts no responsibility for incorrect measurements or resulting fitment issues.

FABRICATION TOLERANCES: 

All products are subject to standard fabrication tolerances. Minor variations in dimensions, alignment, flatness, and finish are inherent in the fabrication process and are considered acceptable. FINISH:  Powder coating and aluminium finishes may exhibit minor visual variations in colour, texture, gloss, and weld appearance. These are not considered defects.

TRANSFER OF RESPONSIBILITY: 

Responsibility transfers to the Client upon collection or delivery.

REFUNDS / RETURNS: 

All products are custom made to order and are non-returnable and non-refundable once fabrication has commenced.

CLIENT APPROVAL:

For custom jobs, approval of client drawings confirms that all dimensions, specifications, and details have been reviewed and accepted by the Client. Fabrication will proceed based solely on the approved drawings. Any subsequent changes will incur additional charges.
