Simply collect the product, install it and move on to the next job.

- Our products are made to order to your specifications
- Accurate measurements are essential as custom-made products cannot be returned due to incorrect sizing
- Sliding gate hardware and posts are available upon request to complete your install.
Experienced DIY Homeowners
We also supply direct to homeowners with relevant DIY or construction experience. Generally, this includes owner-builders or homeowners with a construction, trade or handyman background. If you’ve researched aluminium gate and panel installation thoroughly, understand how to allow for tolerances when measuring, and are confident installing these types of products, we’re happy to work with you.
You'll need to understand:
- Correct measurements for a made-to-order products including taking into consideration tolerances for hardware (no exchanges or adjustments can be made after fabrication)
- Post sizing, footing depth, and structural requirements for your gate or panel type
- The installation process, as we do not provide installation services or installation advice.
As all products are custom made, exchanges or returns are not available for incorrect sizes.

Who Top Screens Isn't Suitable For
Top Screens products are custom-fabricated aluminium components built to specific measurements. They are not imported flat-pack products.
If measurements are incorrect, products generally cannot be modified or returned and may need to be remade. Accurate measuring and installation knowledge are essential.
For this reason, our products may not be suitable for first-time DIYers with limited construction or trade experience.
Fabrication requires:
- Precise measurements
- Accurate allowance for hardware clearances and tolerances
- Appropriate installation knowledge and equipment
We do not provide measuring services, installation services or onsite guidance.
